Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in school-based therapy preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
- Develop and implement effective IEPs tailored to student strengths and needs
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and therapy outcomes
- Deliver both individual and small group therapy sessions in accordance with school policies and best practices
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team planning
