Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in school-based therapy preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
  • Develop and implement effective IEPs tailored to student strengths and needs

  • Deliver both individual and small group therapy sessions in accordance with school policies and best practices
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team planning
