Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Previous experience in K-8 school environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-8
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and monitor student development
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer ongoing support and consultation to school staff as needed
