Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Massachusetts SLP license is required
• Previous experience in a school setting, providing speech and language services
• Understanding of K-12 student needs and educational frameworks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Ability to tailor speech therapy interventions to a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and prepare detailed reports
• Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and comply with all state and federal regulations
