Make a meaningful impact as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist working onsite for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week serving a diverse K-12 caseload in a supportive educational environment. Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Versatility in working with both bilingual and monolingual student populations is a plus
- Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech/language and communication disorders
- Excellent communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational abilities to manage caseload and documentation effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting communication goals
- Provide intervention services through individual and group therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records and timely progress reports in compliance with all regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain effective communication with staff and caregivers
