This full-time contract opportunity offers an engaging onsite role supporting a diverse K-12 caseload. Youll collaborate with educators and families, providing essential speech and language interventions that promote student growth and success.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license required
- Experience working in a school setting
- Bilingual fluency is highly valued and preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering evidence-based speech and language services to students K-12
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessments, direct therapy, and ongoing progress monitoring for students with speech and language needs
- Develop individualized goals and intervention plans in alignment with IEPs and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- Consult and communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic support for each student
- Maintain accurate documentation, timely reporting, and regular participation in meetings to track student progress
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and confidence in students at all grade levels
