This full-time contract opportunity offers an engaging onsite role supporting a diverse K-12 caseload. Youll collaborate with educators and families, providing essential speech and language interventions that promote student growth and success.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts SLP license required
• Experience working in a school setting
• Bilingual fluency is highly valued and preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering evidence-based speech and language services to students K-12

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessments, direct therapy, and ongoing progress monitoring for students with speech and language needs
• Develop individualized goals and intervention plans in alignment with IEPs and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• Consult and communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic support for each student
• Maintain accurate documentation, timely reporting, and regular participation in meetings to track student progress
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and confidence in students at all grade levels
