Skills and Experience Sought:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Prior experience in K-12 schools or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment, and therapy techniques
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with IEP process and documentation requirements

What Youll Do:

  • Conduct assessments of students with speech, voice, language, and/or fluency disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set clear, measurable goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students across various grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
  • Track and report student progress, maintaining accurate records and compliance with all regulations
  • Participate in team meetings, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary collaboration
