Skills and Experience Sought:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in K-12 schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment, and therapy techniques
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP process and documentation requirements
What Youll Do:
- Conduct assessments of students with speech, voice, language, and/or fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set clear, measurable goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students across various grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Track and report student progress, maintaining accurate records and compliance with all regulations
- Participate in team meetings, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary collaboration
