Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, clinical fellows considered
  • Previous experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results and student needs
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services within the school setting
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each students goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress reports, and required compliance records
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff trainings as required
