Job Description
Make a real difference in the lives of K12 students as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist working onsite for the 20262027 academic year. Step into a supportive school community and use your expertise to empower learners of all ages and abilities.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working in a school setting, especially across K12 grade levels, is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working onsite four days per week (Tuesday to Friday)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse K12 caseload
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely student records and documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding student progress and strategies for support
- Offer in-service training, guidance, and consultation to educational staff as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
