Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language support needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings as appropriate, providing professional insights and recommendations
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting strategies to diverse student needs
