A Connecticut school district is looking to hire a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time elementary school assignment. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language support services while working collaboratively with school staff and families to help students reach their communication goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Completing speech and language evaluations for students
- Developing therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Delivering direct and indirect speech services in a school setting
- Collaborating with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining required documentation
Qualifications:
- Connecticut SLP License required
- Connecticut educator certification required
- Previous pediatric or school experience preferred
