Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure and certification as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
• Prior school-based experience preferred, but motivated new graduates will be considered
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to effectively support students with diverse backgrounds and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
• Provide both direct and consultative services in accordance with IEP requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
• Maintain detailed records, track progress, and generate required documentation in a timely manner
• Stay current with best practices and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
