Job Description

This contract opportunity allows you to utilize your expertise in Speech-Language Pathology, working with a diverse range of age groups and needsfrom early childhood through high school.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as an SLP
  • Prior school-based experience across a range of age groups, including Pre-K, Kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school
  • Background in pediatric and early childhood settings is highly valued
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset for working within multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students unique needs
  • Track and report on student progress, adjusting therapy methods as needed
  • Partner with teachers, staff, and families to foster supportive learning environments
  • Provide direct and consultative services within the classroom and individually
  • Contribute to case conferences and staff meetings to coordinate care
