Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure required
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and various developmental stages (Pre K12)
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies for a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads across multiple grade levels
  • Adaptable approach to address the unique needs at each developmental stage, from preschoolers to high school seniors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services to students from pre-school through grade 12
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret results for speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop, implement, and update treatment plans and IEPs tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure holistic support for students
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in school meetings and professional development to stay current on best practices
