Skills and Experience Desired:

• Active SLP certification and state licensure
• Experience working with early childhood, pre-school, pre-K, kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Adaptability to evolving caseloads and student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations, direct therapy, and consultations for students in grades Pre-K through 12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting each students needs
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and collaborative planning with educators
• Maintain precise records and deliver comprehensive reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Offer support, training, and guidance to teachers and parents to enhance students communicative success
• Promote a positive, encouraging environment that helps students build confidence in their abilities
