Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist during the 20262027 school year. This full-time, in-person position covers August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027, and offers the chance to work with a diverse group of learners across both elementary and secondary levels. Required Qualifications:
- Current Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a school setting (elementary and/or secondary)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a caseload of up to 42 elementary or 45 secondary students
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services in accordance with each students IEP
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary staff
- Support staff training and community communication on speech and language topics as needed
