Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligibility for state SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working in pediatric or school-based settings
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Passion for working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services to students according to IEP objectives
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate ongoing progress with educational teams and parents
• Maintain detailed records of student therapy sessions, assessments, and outcomes
• Utilize a variety of interventions and creative strategies to meet student needs
• Provide guidance and resources to classroom teachers for integrating communication goals into everyday learning
