Requirements and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license or eligibility in good standing
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized speech-language therapy plans
• Comfort working with students from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
