Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure as an SLP
  • Experience working with school-age children preferred
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement therapy sessions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse student population
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Maintain accurate student records, progress notes, and documentation
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed
