Job Description

Step into an impactful role supporting students in dynamic educational environments. Skilled Speech-Language Pathologists are sought to provide expert services during the upcoming academic year. This full-time contract opportunity places you at the heart of student development, serving across two established campuses with the potential for additional assignments. Locations will be confirmed with ample notice, offering a variety of experiences throughout the school year.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Florida SLP License required (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Knowledge of best practices in school-based therapy
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with varied caseloads and age groups
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based interventions for a range of communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
  • Document and track student progress accurately
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with school staff and families
  • Educate and consult with teachers, support staff, and parents regarding strategies for student success
  • Manage assigned caseloads independently while adapting to the needs of each campus

This contract position runs from August 10th, 2026 through May 27th, 2027, with a 35-hour work week on-site. Assignments and caseloads are tailored to each SLP and may evolve, allowing for professional growth and a varied workday. Both Clinical Fellows and fully credentialed SLPs are encouraged to apply and make a difference in these thriving school communities.
