This contract opportunity is perfect for an SLP or SLPA looking to work onsite near Boynton Beach, FL, serving a diverse caseload of approximately 40 students in grades K-8. You'll enjoy a manageable schedule of 2-3 days per week, totaling about 16 hours per week, offering an excellent balance of professional challenge and flexibility.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Florida license as an SLP or SLPA (Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome)
• Experience (or strong interest) in a school setting serving pediatric populations
• SLP-CCC preferred; SLPs in the CFY stage encouraged to apply
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with students, families, and educational teams
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments designed for K-8 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to meetings regarding student outcomes
• Stay current on best practices in speech-language interventions and school-based therapy
