Desired Experience and Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged children preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP process
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to student development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Deliver therapy services targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain detailed and accurate student records
• Provide consultation and resources for staff and parents as appropriate
