What youll bring:

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
• Prior experience working in pediatric and/or school-based settings
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
• Passion for empowering students with diverse needs

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and carry out individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in support of educational goals
