Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply
• Experience or training with K-12 student populations, including elementary, middle, and high school
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, IEP documentation, and ongoing progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to creating inclusive learning environments
• Provide consultative and support services as needed for teachers and staff
