Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply
- Experience or training with K-12 student populations, including elementary, middle, and high school
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, IEP documentation, and ongoing progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to creating inclusive learning environments
- Provide consultative and support services as needed for teachers and staff
