Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments to identify student speech, language, and communication needs
• Write and implement tailored therapy plans for students with a range of speech or language disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals for students
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups, adapting strategies for maximum student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student development
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
