Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience delivering speech and language services in a school environment preferred
- Ability to design individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering growth and inclusion for diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments to identify student speech, language, and communication needs
- Write and implement tailored therapy plans for students with a range of speech or language disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals for students
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups, adapting strategies for maximum student progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
