A contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a school setting in Broomfield, CO. This role requires an experienced professional with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and a Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or Certificate of Online Learning (COOL). The position supports students at Emerald Elementary School and involves direct on-site student interactions.
Responsibilities include delivering speech and language therapy services to a manageable caseload of less than 1:30, focusing on maximizing student progress through individualized treatment plans. The SLP will work closely with educators and staff to tailor communication supports that meet student needs. Commitment to on-site work is mandatory, as well as prior classroom experience to effectively collaborate with school personnel.
The schedule is part-time, offering 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) with 7.5 hours of paid time per day plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch, totaling 24 hours weekly. Flexibility within these hours is possible based on input from the school principal. This schedule allows a focused approach on student contact days during the contract period from March 23 to May 22, 2026.
Qualifications and experience:
- Valid SLP credentials including CCC and Colorado licensure
