Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts SLP license (screenshot required for verification)
- Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CF candidates
- Experience working with K12 students in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, IEP development, and progress monitoring
- Commitment to equity, cultural competence, and inclusive practices
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, onsite speech-language therapy services to K12 students
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Advocate for student needs through preventative and intervention strategies
- Support student access to curriculum and communication across academic and social settings

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
