Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Massachusetts
• Prior experience working with K-12 students preferred

• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students referred by educators and support staff
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students unique needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school guidelines
• Serve as a resource for teachers, staff, and families regarding speech and language development
• Support students growth in communication skills necessary for learning and social interactions
