Step into a dynamic school-based position where your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist can make an immediate impact. In this engaging role, you'll provide onsite therapy and support for an elementary and middle school caseload, helping students develop their communication abilities and reach their academic potential. Youll enjoy collaborating with educators and parents to create and implement individualized education plans tailored to each students unique needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Massachusetts
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to a diverse student population (K-8)
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify communication disorders
- Develop, monitor, and modify IEP goals in partnership with teachers and families
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions onsite
- Document student progress and maintain detailed records according to state and federal requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each student

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
