Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License required
• Previous experience with pediatric and preschool-aged populations strongly preferred
• Proven skills in school-based speech therapy, assessment, and intervention planning
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and additional support staff
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged students according to IEP goals
• Administer standardized assessments to determine student needs and measure progress
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans for assigned caseload
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
• Educate and consult with families, caregivers, and staff regarding communication strategies and progress tracking
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
