Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License required
- Previous experience with pediatric and preschool-aged populations strongly preferred
- Proven skills in school-based speech therapy, assessment, and intervention planning
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and additional support staff
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged students according to IEP goals
- Administer standardized assessments to determine student needs and measure progress
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans for assigned caseload
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
- Educate and consult with families, caregivers, and staff regarding communication strategies and progress tracking
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
