Skills & Qualifications:

• Active SLP license and certification (CCC required)
• Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of speech, language, and communication assessments
• Strong interpersonal abilities for collaborating with educators, students, and families
• Expert organizational and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions, both individual and group
• Document progress, update goals, and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to integrate therapy into the classroom setting
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on developing appropriate accommodations
• Offer professional guidance to staff and families regarding communication challenges and resources
