Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Prior experience working with elementary school populations is highly valued.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other specialists.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities, utilizing standardized tools and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to support receptive and expressive language skills.
• Consult with parents, teachers, and fellow therapists to track goals, share progress, and promote generalization of skills.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and school policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance on best practices for language and communication interventions.
