An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) working onsite in a school setting in Boston, MA. This contract role involves providing services to students ranging from Early Childhood through 8th grade, focusing on PreK-8th caseloads. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology with a background in both healthcare and educational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in early childhood, elementary, and middle school (PreK-8)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with student needs and developmental levels
- Collaborate with educators and other school professionals to support student progress
- Participate in professional development and mentorship programs to enhance clinical skills
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) certification
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school and healthcare settings
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy services is a plus but not required
