Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license is required
- Experience providing speech and language services within a school setting
- Ability to effectively support students across K-12 grade levels
- Comfort adapting strategies and tools to meet each student's unique needs
- Bilingual or monolingual SLPs are encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to assigned caseload
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and support teams
- Maintain progress records and complete all required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to program planning
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports communication growth
