Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Previous professional experience in a school environment
  • Bilingual skills are a strong plus, enhancing your ability to serve a diverse student body

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs aligned with students specific goals and academic plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and records in compliance with district and regulatory standards
  • Provide guidance to families and colleagues, offering strategies and resources to support carryover of skills beyond the classroom
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to stay current with best practices and uphold high service standards
