Step into a rewarding position supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract-to-hire opportunity is located near Boston and focuses on serving K-4th grade students with a diverse range of communication needs. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Hold an active Massachusetts SLP license and current DESE certification
• Achieved Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); clinical fellows are not eligible for this assignment
• Recent experience in a public school setting providing pediatric speech-language services preferred
• Expertise working with children across a range of disabilities and communication disorders in elementary populations
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (37.5 hours weekly), supporting students across K-4 grades

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions in accordance with IEPs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation of services, evaluations, and student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational programming
• Travel may be required between multiple schools in the area
