Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong understanding of both healthcare protocols and school practice
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy tailored to support a diverse pediatric caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and healthcare standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
- Offer consultative guidance and support to educational staff
