Qualifications:

• Active California Speech Language Pathologist (CA SLP) License required
• Recent experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare environments is highly valued
• CCC or CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse caseloads and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings
• Serve a caseload of up to 67 students, with dedicated SLPA support available 34 days per week for therapy implementation
• Develop and track IEP goals, maintain accurate records, and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Foster a positive, engaging climate for students with varied speech and language needs, empowering them toward greater confidence and academic success
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and staff at both assigned school sites
