Qualifications:
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist (CA SLP) License required
- Recent experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare environments is highly valued
- CCC or CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse caseloads and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings
- Serve a caseload of up to 67 students, with dedicated SLPA support available 34 days per week for therapy implementation
- Develop and track IEP goals, maintain accurate records, and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a positive, engaging climate for students with varied speech and language needs, empowering them toward greater confidence and academic success
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and staff at both assigned school sites
