A well-established district in the Bonita Springs, FL area is seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists for an on-site contract opportunity. Full-time schedules (up to 37.5 hours/week) are available beginning August 11, 2026, and ending May 27, 2027, with select part-time opportunities as well. Youll provide services in one or more of several elementary, middle, or high school campusescaseloads and age groups vary depending on the site, giving you flexibility and variety in your daily work.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Masters in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Florida teacher certification and/or active Florida DOH SLP license
- Strong school-based SLP experienceevaluations, therapy, IEP meetings, and family/staff collaboration
- Completion of fingerprinting requirements (or ability to transfer valid prints via the AHCA Clearinghouse/JLA badge process)
- Exceptional communication, organization, and rapport-building skills with children and school personnel
Typical Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders in students
- Develop, implement, and track individualized therapy plans/interventions
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, documentation, and ongoing progress assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student support and integration
- Manage varied caseloads across multiple locations as assigned, ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery
