Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active SLP state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience delivering speech services in a school environment is highly valued
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and fellow educators
• Commitment to evidence-based interventions and IEP implementation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team
• Provide direct intervention and therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and assessment outcomes
• Partner with teachers and staff to support classroom communication needs and offer strategies for student success
• Engage parents and caregivers by communicating progress and providing resources for continued support at home
