Key Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois SLP license
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or a strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals across early childhood, elementary, and middle school caseloads
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to support speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication development
