Grow your Speech-Language Pathology expertise in a dynamic, supportive educational setting working with middle and high school students. This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference across two school environments, providing essential speech and language services for the 2026-2027 academic year.
In this role, you will deliver on-site SLP services from late August through May, collaborating closely with a vibrant team of educators and specialists. Your impact will shape student outcomes and foster communication skills that open doors for academic and personal growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in serving neurodiverse middle and/or high school students
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and committed to student progress
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students as assigned
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and related service providers to ensure coordinated student support
- Maintain thorough records compliant with school district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and professional development opportunities
