Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Prior experience in K-12 educational settings preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
• Provide direct therapy, monitor outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
