Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Recent experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive assessments
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students unique goals and progress
• Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives supporting student academic and social success
