Key Qualifications:
Active SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
Strong knowledge of best practices in assessment, intervention, and progress documentation
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Adaptability and a positive, team-oriented mindset

Role Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language therapy to students
Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families regarding student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and update records to meet compliance requirements
Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and support overall student success
Engage with parents/guardians to offer resources and updates as needed
