Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational or pediatric settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each students goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of services and progress reports
• Provide direct therapy and utilize evidence-based practices within classrooms or designated therapy spaces
