Desired Skills & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with pediatric populations and school settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students from PreK to 8th grade
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation according to school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive school community
