Responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, assessing and developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents, and maintaining detailed documentation of student progress. Ideal qualifications and background:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and diverse student needs

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to PreK8th grade students
• Conduct assessments and craft individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
