Qualifications:

• Valid NC Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification required
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Expertise in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for school-aged children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to meet the needs of a multi-grade caseload

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy for students in grades K-12
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with local and federal guidelines
• Partner with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and outcomes
• Provide consultation and resources for classroom teachers
• Fulfill responsibilities related to a maternity leave during the 2026-2027 school year
