Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in schools
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and diagnostic assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students, targeting articulation, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatic language
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Deliver therapy sessions, both individual and small group, in accordance with student needs and IEP requirements
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy, and student progress
• Provide guidance and education to teachers and families, supporting students communication at school and home
