Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFYs considered
- Experience working in K-12 schools or pediatric settings highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Comfortable with IEP development and collaboration with teachers and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine students needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based strategies
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing educational planning
