Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFYs considered
• Experience working in K-12 schools or pediatric settings highly desirable
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Comfortable with IEP development and collaboration with teachers and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine students needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based strategies
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing educational planning
