Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with school-aged children a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to tailor therapy approaches to individual student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough assessments and interpret evaluation results
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support each students academic success
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress reports, and data required by school guidelines
• Participate in meetings and professional development activities as needed
• Support students with varying needs, from mild to complex communication challenges
