Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; strong CFY applicants considered
- Prior experience working with school-aged children is advantageous
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students of varying ages and needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with special education staff, classroom teachers, and families to ensure integrated support
