Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid license to practice as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility preferred
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children and diverse populations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans and document progress

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in line with state and district guidelines
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in individual and small-group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of student services and prepare timely progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
